STEPCO Leadership Conference 2025 – "Stronger Together"

In the Name of Jesus & His grace, On August 23, 2025,WE came together for our first-ever leadership conference representing the churches from Coimbatore, Erode, Ooty, Salem, Tirupur Erode, Pollachi, Coimbatore and Ooty. By combining the first letters of each city, this newly formed fellowship is now joyfully called STEPCO – and indeed, we took a big step forward in unity and vision for God’s kingdom.

Nearly 82 brothers and sisters including lots of new, energetic young leaders in training too gathered in Coimbatore for this one-day conference workshop with the inspiring theme “Stronger Together.” It was a day filled with worship, learning, fellowship, and joy as God’s Spirit led us to new heights.

A Spirit-Filled Beginning

The day began with soulful worship, lifting our hearts in unity and adoration to God. Each participant was warmly welcomed with prayer, along with a special bookmark bearing the conference logo and details – a simple yet meaningful token to remember this milestone. Shortly after, we were encouraged and inspired by the good news on God's incredible doing and blessings shared from every church.

Adding a beautiful cultural touch, the young sisters performed a wonderful welcome dance, filling the hall with joy and energy. After this, everyone enjoyed a time of refreshing fellowship over tea.

Call to One Purpose

Following another heartfelt song, our guest preacher, Bro. Andrew from the Trichy Church, delivered a powerful and convicting message, calling each of us to rise higher and work together for a single purpose: building God’s Kingdom. His preaching deeply stirred us and set the tone for the rest of the conference.

This was followed by a Question & Answer session, where leaders had the opportunity to ask real and practical questions about ministry. Bro. Andrew patiently and wisely responded to every questions, equipping and encouraging all who were present.

Fellowship and Fun

At lunchtime, we were treated to a delicious biryani meal, which everyone cherished in true fellowship. The afternoon was filled with fun games, building friendship, laughter, and bonds among leaders from different cities.

Later, we moved into small group reflections with 3 questions to be discussed , where brothers and sisters in groups prayed together, shared personally, and encouraged one another to put the message into action. Bro.Dillibabu was present to encourage with another session of Q&A added more insights and inspiration.

Looking Ahead with Vision

The day concluded with a vision-filled discussion on plans for the future, including:

- The upcoming Church Carnival program and its purpose. 

- Preparations for the Tamil Nadu Conference in January 24th-26th, 2026.

- Details of the next STEPCO leaders’ meeting - Every one are fired up for the next meeting venue & date...soon to be announced.

It was truly a landmark day – a step of faith and unity that reminded us all that we are stronger when we walk together. As we build on this foundation, we believe God will continue to bless every effort as we, the STEPCO churches, move forward “Stronger Together.”
